Day 01 (Feb 14, 2003) Hong Kong-Guangzhou-Xining (D)

Assembly at the China Ferry Terminal or Kowloon Railway Station transfer to Guangzhou, fly to Xining. Upon arrive in Xining transfer to Qinghai hotel and for check in. Evening Welcome Dinner. Overnight at the Qinghai Hotel or similar class hotel

Day 02 (Feb 15, 2003) Xining-Tongren (B+L+D)

In the early morning, drive from Xining to Tongren. The most influential center of Tibetan Buddhist Arts: Tangka-painting, Clay sculpture and Applique. Overnight at the Huangnan Hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 03 (Feb 16, 2003) Tongren (B+L+D)

In the early morning, sightseeing the huge embossed embroidery show at Nianduhu. Overnight at the Huangnan hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 04 (Feb 17, 2003) Tongren (B+L+D)

Full day excursion and visit the Longwu Monastery was built in 1301, the leading monastery of Yellow Sect in Tongren region Wutun Monastery, it's regarded as Region Arts School. Pay a visit to artist's family. In the afternoon visit Guomar Big Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Amdo area. Overnight at the Huangnan hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 05 (Feb 18, 2003) Tongren (B+L+D)

Full day excursion for the Shinning Buddha at Longwu Monastery. Overnight at the Huangnan hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 06 (Feb 19, 2003) Tongren-Xining (B+L+D)

Full day excursion for the Yak Butter Sculpture show at the Kumbum Monastery. Overnight at Qinghai Hotel or similar class.

Day 07 (Feb 20, 2003) Xining-Huzhu (B+L+D)

Drive from Xining to Huzhu, sightseeing visit Tu region & Youning Monastery (Tu minority dancing and singing). Lunch will be served at the Tu village's home. Overnight at the Qinghai hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 08 (Feb 21, 2003) Xining-Qinghai Lake (B+L+D)

Drive from Xining to Qinghai Lake to visit the Ice Qinghai Lake. Overnight at the Qinghai Hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 09 (Feb 22, 2003) Xining-Guangzhou-Hong Kong (B+L)

In the morning free for leisure or shop, In the afternoon, transfer to Xining airport and fly from Xining to Guangzhou. Upon arrive in Guangzhou transfer from airport to the Canton Railway station and back to Hong Kong.

Land Cost:

10 pax or more USD: 820 per person.

Service Includes:

Round trip ferry ticket or train ticket from Hong Kong to Guangzhou, round trip air ticket from Guangzhou–Xining, 3 meals daily, hotel or guest house accommodations on twin share basis, all sightseeing tour are mentioned on the itinerary and entrance fees, travel insurance in mainland China, English speaking guide.

Service Excludes:

Airport taxes in China, extra baggage fees, personal expenses, tips for guide and driver, all other service are not mentioned on the itinerary.
